Request a Quote

Our Easy 6-Step Process

STEP 1: Request an AUTO TRANSPORT QUOTE

Fill out the form on our Request a Quote page – once you have done this, an individual from our team will contact you directly with a quote and to discuss your auto transport options. All of the auto transporters we choose from are fully insured, so you can rest assured knowing that the quote you will be receiving will offer best in class service providers.

STEP 2: BOOK YOUR AUTO SHIPPING ORDER

After you accept our quote, we will send you the simple and straightforward terms & conditions agreement for you to sign.

STEP 3: SECURE AN AUTO CARRIER

Bumble Bee Auto Transport will assign you a trusted and qualified carrier that will meet your shipping requirements. Your deposit will be charged when the assigned carrier is dispatched, approximately 24 hours prior to your auto pickup.

STEP 4: AUTO PREPARATION

Once an auto carrier is secured, you will prepare your car for shipment: clearing of your personal items, topping off with proper fluid levels, and ensuring the gas tank is filled at approximately 1/8 tank of fuel.

STEP 5: AUTO PICK UP

Bumble Bee Auto Transport and the assigned carrier will contact you directly, usually 2-24 hours prior to arrival, to set the pickup time. Prior to transport, a complete joint inspection will occur at the designated pickup location.

STEP 6: AUTO DELIVERY

You will be provided with an estimated delivery date prior to pickup and you will also receive a daily travel status on your shipment. Upon arrival at the destination, the carrier will complete a final joint inspection on site and provide you with a signed bill of inspection. Should a balance remain, the carrier will be paid at that time with either cash or certified check from your bank.

Testimonials

Keli and the team at Bumble Bee Auto Transport have done several small and large projects for my family and have always been incredibly professional and accommodating. I know I can trust them to take care of our vehicle moves whether it’s to a car show or shipping vehicles we’ve sold to their new home across the country.
— Andrew S., Las Vegas, NV

After working with several transport brokers over the past two decades we will now only use Bumble Bee Transport. They work with the best, most professional drivers and their communication and skill in dealing with multiple vehicle moves is unparralled.
